In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.  Albright  provides the opportunity for long term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assisting Advisor in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures

  • Researching unique and complex situations as they arise

  • Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisor

  • Implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems

  • Coordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets

  • Populating and maintaining systems data and client files

  • Verifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash report

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experience

  • Notary Public a plus 

  • Ability to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (hybrid work schedules are available, however this position is not remote)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States  

  • This is a non-exempt full-time, salary position

Advisor

Clayton, MO

As a trusted guide, you will provide personalized financial strategies, investment advice, and comprehensive planning, empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals.  Leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and deliver tailored solutions that drive financial success.  

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conducting In-depth Financial Analysis:  Perform thorough analyses of clients' financial situations, including tax implications, investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.

  • Tax Planning and Optimization:  Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies to minimize their tax liabilities, considering various tax codes and regulations that may apply to their specific situation.

  • Retirement and Pension Planning:  Assist clients in creating comprehensive retirement plans, including assessing various retirement vehicles, analyzing pension options, and projecting retirement income.

  • Estate and Inheritance Planning:  Work closely with the Estate Planning Team to provide guidance on estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, and other vehicles to protect and distribute assets according to the client's wishes.

  • Risk Management and Insurance Recommendations:  Evaluate clients' insurance needs, including life, disability, long-term care, and liability insurance, and make recommendations to mitigate risks.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:  Ensure that all recommendations and actions comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

  • Collaboration with Legal and Tax Professionals:  Work closely with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive financial strategies for clients.

  • Continuous Learning and Professional Development:  Stay updated with advancements in technical financial planning, attending seminars, workshops, and pursuing relevant certifications.

  • Maintaining Client Relationships:  Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability in managing their complex financial affairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS with tax expertise, or JD with estate planning experience is a plus

  • A Series 65 or combination of a Series 7 and Series 66 licensing are required within 60 days of hire if a CFP or CFA designation is not previously held

  • CFP or CFA designation is required within 3 years of hire if not previously held
